2. Generally okay. Couple of instances of late bids, but did not affect overall experience.
3. Majority of contact on us was not called, while most calls went their way
4. Laughter and celebration of our mistakes is unacceptable.
5. Many calls took longer than necessary. Players did not listen to our perspective and often repeated theirs again and again |
